Refund Policy

At MiGlow, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and package each item before dispatch, but we understand that issues may occasionally arise during transit.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you quickly.

Include in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty product(s)

Once we’ve assessed your request and approved the return, you may choose from the following options:

  • A refund (Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process once we apply it)

  • A replacement of the same product (if in stock)

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.


Change of Mind / Incorrect Selection

As a small business, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


Sale Items & Promotions

All sale items are final and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

During promotional sale periods:

  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind

  • Free gifts, samples, or discount codes cannot be used or redeemed

  • Loyalty points will not be earned or applied

  • Holds or reservations will not be available


Returns Process

If your return is approved:

  1. You’ll receive instructions and a return address.

  2. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service when returning products to avoid lost parcels.
