Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are:

Delivery Options
You may choose Authority To Leave (ATL) at checkout. This gives permission for the parcel to be left at your address if it’s deemed safe to do so.
If no ATL is provided, a signature will be required. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be redirected to your local post office.
MiGlow is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are marked as “Delivered” or if ATL is used.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.

Important Notes
Double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or being unclaimed, a $20 redelivery fee will apply. If you request a refund instead, this fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather events, or high-volume periods.
Orders are shipped from Tarneit, VIC, and follow Victorian Public Holidays.
